Specialty Training
Phased approach to agent training.
Comprehensive and up-to-date skillsets
Surefox utilizes a multi-phased training approach. It begins with foundational training for all agents, followed by client-specific instruction and specialized skill development.
This is then complemented by ongoing sustainment training and annual recertifications to ensure agents maintain the highest level of proficiency and expertise.

Developing Elite Agents: Surefox's Rigorous Training Program
Surefox emphasizes a comprehensive approach to agent training. They prioritize character, temperament, and leadership skills in candidate selection, often recruiting from military backgrounds. The mandatory 5-day POCC covers foundational skills, including professional conduct, conflict de-escalation, and diversity training, alongside essential certifications like First Aid/CPR/AED.

Comprehensive Recruitment and Core Training
We select candidates based on their character, temperament, and leadership skills, many from military backgrounds. They take the mandatory 5-day, 44-hour Protective Operations Certification Course (POCC), covering Surefox values, professional conduct, conflict de-escalation, and diversity training.
-
Essential Certifications
During the POCC, agents complete First Aid/CPR/AED certifications and participate in a physical agility test. We want our agents prepared for medical emergencies and the job's physical demands.
-
Practical Application and On-the-Job Training
After completing the POCC, agents engage in 16 hours of on-the-job training to refine and apply their skills in real-world settings.
-
Continuous Improvement and Specialization
Agents must undergo annual sustainment training to maintain their skills and stay updated with current standards. Specialized roles may require additional training in areas such as evasive driving or water safety.
-
Client-Specific Preparation
Agents receive culture-specific training and learn standard operating procedures for seamless service delivery.
