The Role: Incident Commander (Part Time Flex)

Follow client policies and state & federal regulations while responding to emergencies and client needs. Write incident reports, conduct preliminary investigations, and meet the physical demands of patrol and static posts. Strong observational skills and attention to detail required. What You Will Do

As an Incident Commander, you will focus on four core areas of responsibility:

  • Security & patrols: Patrol the site, monitor access points, and enforce security standards.
  • Emergency response: Act as first response to incidents, stabilize scenes, and coordinate with first responders.
  • Access & reporting: Verify IDs and badges, manage visitor access, and complete clear activity and incident reports.
  • Customer service & collaboration: Support employees and visitors, de-escalate issues, and partner with workplace and facilities teams.

The Role: Armed Security Agent (CCW)

We are seeking qualified armed security professionals with a valid CCW permit to protect client assets, employees, and property. You will perform armed patrols, access control, and emergency response in accordance with client policies and state and federal regulations.

What You Will Do

As an Armed Security Agent (CCW), you will focus on these core areas:

  • Client relations & collaboration: Build relationships with clients, collaborate across departments, and attend project meetings to assess security implications.
  • Security operations & access control: Manage surveillance and access points, perform patrols on foot and by vehicle, permit authorized entry, and screen incoming mail.
  • Safety, reporting & compliance: Protect client and family safety and assets, maintain activity logs, prepare incident reports, and follow Residential Security and Surefox procedures.
  • Threat assessment & professionalism: Conduct threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments; operate in a low-profile capacity; and work independently with high attentiveness.

What is Required

  • Must be eligible for employment within the United States
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening (Surefox will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all requirements of State and local laws, regulations or codes)
  • Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate
  • Must have a current BSIS guard card or be eligible to qualify for a guard card
  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent
  • Must have a current CPR & First Aid certification or be eligible to qualify for a certification
  • Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders

What is Preferred

  • Military background is strongly preferred
  • Security or law enforcement related experience preferred
  • Report writing experience preferred
